Pupil involvement in decision making is often referred to as 'pupil voice'. Pupil voice is about pupils having the opportunity to have a say in the decisions made by the school community.
We greatly value the thoughts and opinions of our pupils and, as a result, have a wide range of pupil voice groups within our school. These groups represent their peers and ensure the views of all our children are heard and can help shape the direction of changes and improvements to our school.
Our pupil leadership team extends from Y1-Y6. Everybody at our school is a leader and has a 'voice' even if they do not have a specific leadership role.
