Mission Statement
At Our Lady of Victories School we centre everything we do on the life of Jesus and we seek to grow in his love and the love of his Gospel.
We are committed to the development of every child in our care to reach their full potential academically, personally and spiritually and 'to see and know the richness and joy of a life lived in accordance with Christ's teaching'. (Christ at the Centre)
We aim to provide equality of educational opportunity in our school for all our children in accordance with their individual needs through a broad, balanced and challenging curriculum.
We believe that every child is made in the likeness of God and that their dignity and individuality must always be respected.
We strive to provide a friendly, secure and nurturing environment and we recognise and value every child's individual needs, gifts and contributions.
We celebrate achievement at every level, so that all may feel valued as unique creations of God and recognise their self-worth.
We value the contribution of all members of our community: children, staff, parents, clergy and parishioners, recognising the important part they play in the life of our school.
Our pupil prayer leaders have consulted with their classes and have written their own pupil friendly version of our Mission Statement.
